ESSENTIAL INSURANCE ‘GOLD’ CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD FOR THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

15th February 2018, Essential Insurance is proud to have won the Feefo Gold Service award for a third consecutive year. The award is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers. Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews – gold is only awarded to those businesses that meet the extremely high standards set, based on the number of reviews they have collected, and their average rating.

Since launch in 2015, Essential Insurance has collected 1500 reviews about its service and has achieved an average customer service rating of 4.8 out of 5.

Rob White, Director of Essential Insurance, proudly commented, “This is a true badge of honour, we work hard to ensure all our customers are served well and to be recognised for delivering exceptional experiences, each year since we started in the business, is a fantastic achievement. This accreditation means so much to us because it’s based purely on our interactions and relationships with our customers. If our customers are satisfied and they take the time to feedback positively, we know we are getting our service levels right and we are delighted. We see this achievement as a true reflection of a business’ commitment to outstanding service – and to have been awarded gold for three consecutive years, we are even more determined not to let our high standards slip!”.

Speaking of this year’s award, Andrew Mabbutt, CEO at Feefo, commented: ‘The Trusted Service award has always been about recognising those companies that go the extra mile. Once again, we have seen many incredible businesses using Feefo to its full potential, to provide truly memorable experiences for their customers – and rightly being awarded our most prestigious accreditation. I look forward to the continued success of the businesses that work in partnership with Feefo throughout 2018.’
