We seek senior advisors working in the advised sector - a minimum of 12 months’ experience is essential. If this is you, after a successful initial probation and 12 months service we’ll support and fund you to complete an industry recognised qualification.

You'll be dealing with a high volume of inbound enquiries made by key decision makers and so it's essential that you have a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role. As an important point of contact for our customers you’ll be expected to provide an exceptional experience and be able to build relationships with them. We are looking for someone with previous retention experience who is a great communicator, personable and able to relate to customer’s ensuring the best outcome for them is achieved. This is a vital role within the organisation and 12 months’ previous experience of working in a retention role is required.

As a Junior Life Insurance Advisor you may not have sold life insurance before on an advised basis, but if you have experience in sales, preferably insurance or other financial services, we will provide you with the training and all the support you need to ensure you have the right product knowledge and thorough understanding of the market that's required here at Essential Insurance.
